Hello, I’m Ann.
I work with autistic people - both diagnosed and undiagnosed - who struggle in a world that isn’t designed for us.
My Approach
Collaborative
In coaching, we co-create our relationship and define your goals. I hold a comfortable, non-judgemental space that allows you to explore possibilities. I’m a thinking partner who helps you talk through your situation, your options, and your next steps.
Evidence-based
My background and training is in evidence-based positive psychology coaching. I help you identify your strengths and find ways to use them. We can explore positive psychology interventions that are backed by research to see if one might meet your needs.

Both coaching and therapy use questions, active listening, and feedback to help you talk through issues or topics in your life, and the difference is mainly what are we talking about, why, and for how long. In general terms, therapy is typically focused on talking about your past and how it relates to your present and how you might be able to recognize and break patterns or develop coping skills. Therapy also focused on things like anxiety or mental help issues.
. A coach is a thinking partner who helps you talk through your goals and identify how you can achieve them. Coaching is focused on the future and is typically time limited based on what you want to achieve, for example, we might meet for six sessions to work toward the goal of identifying and asking for accommodations at work. As a coach, I believe in you and in your ability to find solutions that work for you. My job is to ask you questions to help you discover what is most helpful to you. In coaching, you will also be invited to complete homework, like journaling, spending time outside, or reflecting on your best possible self.
